4 DIFFERENT CLASS OFFERINGS:

LVL UP STRENGTH (AGES 13-18)

Progressive strength training system designed specifically for youth athletes. It utilizes a martial arts-like belt system (levels) to track progress, add variety and to prevent stagnation (AKA the “plateau effect”).
 
 Benefits:

Speed & Agility (AGES 13-18)

 The goal of this program is to improve  first step explosiveness, total body strength, deceleration control as well as overall running speed. Athletes will use ladders, boxes, dot mats, hurdles, bands, sleds, prowlers, and more!

Athlete Development (ages 9-13)

This class is for younger athletes looking to build an athletic base. Whether it be to just get in shape, to have that competitive edge on the field, or to setup a solid foundation as the athlete transitions into more competitive play, this is the place to get started. We will focus on all aspects of athletic performance – total body strength, speed & agility, mobility, core strength, and injury prevention.
 

Female Athlete ACL injury Prevention (ages 10-18)

For athletes wanting to reduce their risk of injury as well as improve strength, power, and quickness.  ACL injury prevention programs have been shown to reduce the risk of non-contact injuries in female athletes by two-thirds. This class will be run by Physical Therapist and Strength Coach, Carol Mack of CLEsport PT.
