When you train in GU kettlebell class, you will master the fundamental methods of the Hardstyle kettlebell, Kettlebell sport, ground based moves of calisthenics modalities, of Animal Flow, Zuu and Budokon yoga. As you demonstrate mastery of movement skills, you will be progressed to do more advanced techniques of exercises. Thus, intensifying your workouts, and improving your workout capacity. This is a moderate to very high intensity class (Strenuous). Our science-based combat sport strength & conditioning approach maximizes the results of metabolic and hormonal effects, in the shortest amount of time. Minimal to %0 of joint impact.
