Unlike ordinary kettlebells, Paradigm Pro Elite Kettlebells, made by Kettlebells USA, are competition grade, which means they have the same dimensions at every weight.  This allows the lifter to switch weight without changing their technique.  The wide grip of the kettlebell allows for multiple grips and separates the bell from the wrist to prevent pressure.

At Ground Up Kettlebell we use body weight exercises to teach our students how to use their bodies.  Ranging from static isometric exercises to build core stability to various animal movements to improve functional strength.  Rather than focusing entirely upon static strength, we want our students to be able to move powerfully.
