HIIT & RUN
Formerly know as “Ript Fitness Beachwood”, HIIT & Run is a total body conditioning and core workout that features BAS boxing systems, Woodway Curve Treadmills, Rowers, Battle Ropes, and Myzone heart rate tracking. All HIIT & Run workouts are Low Impact/High Intensity, designed to burn maximal calories while minimizing stress on the joints.
HIIT & Run is an interval based workout that accommodates all fitness levels. It is designed to be a great workout to do on an off day from strength training, or to compliment other workouts like yoga and barre. Each day the workout changes, varying the equipment and intervals, allowing for a unique workout experience every time.
