ATHLETE STRENGTH (AGES 13-18)
Progressive strength training system designed specifically for youth athletes. It utilizes a martial arts-like belt system (levels) to track progress, add variety and to prevent stagnation (AKA the “plateau effect”).

Speed & Agility (AGES 13-18)
SPECIAL SPRING BREAK TIMES ADDED ON MON 3/22 AND WED 3/24 AT 3PM
The goal of this program is to improve first step explosiveness, total body strength, deceleration control as well as overall running speed. Athletes will use ladders, boxes, dot mats, hurdles, bands, sleds, prowlers, and more!
All Packages are good for any Athlete Class and all Adult classes as well. Any family members including Mom, Dad, and Siblings can share any package purchase. Sessions do not expire.
