MET CON

MP MET-CON is our high intensity interval training class that replaces Hiit&Run.  Metabolic Conditioning, AKA Met-Con, is a method of training that involves elevating the heartrate with a high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximize calories burned after your workout. MP Met-Con will feature exercises performed with our Woodway Curve Treadmills, rowers, sliders, jump ropes, agility squares, ab mats, bands, and benches. Each person will have their own station with their own equipment.

The workouts feature low impact cardio equipment including Rowers, Woodway Curve Treadmills, bands, kettlebells, sliders, and escape decks to add variety and to condition all parts of the body.

Padded Flooring
Padded Flooring

The workout is done on padded turf and rubber flooring to minimize impact on the joints during various calisthenic and plyometric exercises. No more jumping on hardwood or concrete floors.
